Amanda Doservita

Our head chef in charged or creating new Italian cuisines for our guests to try.

She has 15 years of experience with Italian cuisine and isn’t afraid of testing out different combinations to make gastronomical food for our guests. She’s also a great leader in the kitchen as she inspires the other chefs in kitchen during heated times in the kitchen.
