Aside from the value package an SEO firm offers, you also need to look at other qualitative factors as well. Some of which are:

  • Flexibility- They are able to adapt to changes in the SEO algorithm
  • History- Has the firm been working with you for so many years or no? If you’re going to hire a new firm, it may take some time to build a solid relationship with them.
  • Customer Service- How good are they when they’re talking to you? Are they warm and supportive? Or do they act like robots and only do what they’re told?
